PEREZ related she does not have any police record
in Dallas. However, she has served ten days in

for vagrancy.
PEREZ related that MARY O'NEAL was employed by JACK
RUBY as a cocktail waitress; however, she believed that MARY
only worked at the Carousel approximately five
to
seven
days
and quit because she did not like the work. PEREZ stated her
dealings with JACK RUBY were very limited and she advised that
she was surprised when she read in the papers that RUBY had
killed OSWAlD. She stated she did not knaa if there was any
conspiracy between RUBY and OSWALD and that LSE HARVEY OSWALD
was unknown to her.
